The Problem:
The Navy Crane Center had a need to transition from traditional classroom training to an online training environment. This new method of training needed to include all aspects of standard training including the testing requirements, but be accessble via the Internet. It also had to comply with Federal regulations regarding sight and hearing disabilities.
